The full grain leather with an embossed pebble grain texture is naturally durable and resistant to daily scratches. While it offers some protection against light spills, we recommend avoiding exposure to water to maintain its finish
Can I clean or maintain the leather?
Yes! Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a leather-safe conditioner to keep your case looking new and supple

All our products are handmade completely in-house in a small factory in Mumbai, India

Do we offer returns & exchanges?
We offer to exchange the product in case of manufacturing defects only, for example, a broken zipper, damaged hardware

Would I have to pay any custom fees or import duties upon delivery?
United States: We are currently not shipping to the United States due to ongoing uncertainty around tariffs. We appreciate your understanding and will resume shipping as soon as there is more clarity on the situation
European Union: For delivery locations to the European Union (EU), there would be Import duties / Customs fees payable upon delivery, as per EU laws.
Asia & Oceania: For delivery locations to Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand, there would be no Import fees or Customs Duties payable upon delivery.
