Return Policy

Cancellations

►We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours from placing an order. You can write to us at hello@outofthefactory.com

►This is because all our products are handmade as per your order and may be personalized as per your requirements. It would not be possible to accept a cancellation after we have begun work on your order 

►In case of a timely cancellation, we would refund the entire amount towards your PayPal account. Refunds may take between 24 to 48 hours to process. 

►We cannot cancel your order after we have already shipped it. 

Returns & Exchanges

►Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is because of high return transit times, steep two-way shipping costs and at times due to the personalised nature of the Leather goods

►That said, if you have any problem with your order, please contact us, I will personally look into it.

Refunds (if applicable)

►We would only allow refunds/exchanges if the product arrives damaged or defective. Alternatively, we can send you a replacement without asking for the damaged product to be sent back. 

►In order for us to issue a refund/exchange, kindly send us an email of the images of the damaged product along with the images of damaged packaging (with the Shipping Labels/Airway Bill number clearly visible in the images) 

►Images should clearly represent the damaged incurred due to Shipping/Mishandling by Customs.
