We believe in producing one-of-a-kind handmade products that are intended to last you a lifetime. Every product is handcrafted by skilled craftsmen of the city of Mumbai. We prefer our website as a market place since we believe that this is the ideal place for our Customers to buy our products, which are not found on the high street.
Production
All our products are made entirely in-house in Mumbai, India. We only step out for fresh air! Once you place an order with us, we make notes as per your instructions and proceed to put your order into production. All our Leather Goods are handcrafted from 100% Genuine Leather and by some of the finest & skilled craftsmen the city has to offer. Quality takes time - which is why most of our products take between 4-5 Business days to produce. This is only to ensure that you receive a high quality & made-to-last product.

We work with the Full Grain Leather Hides from Indian Tanneries, for all our Leather products. While Marking the components, we make sure that the Leather components are clean and selected in the best possible way, however, as Leather is a natural product, slight marks and imperfections might still exist, which in fact only add to the beauty of the Leather. Kindly note that screen resolution and properties may differ from device to device, as a result, actual colour of the leather may vary slightly from its pictorial representation.

We ship internationally using DHL/FedEx Express with a delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days, sometimes even lesser. Please note that some locations in Australia may take a little longer due to the difficult reach. In case there isn’t any recipient at home, we kindly request you to please contact the courier and provide them your Airway Bill number to schedule a delivery as per your request.
Customs and Duties
Customs and Duties are applicable as per country laws. Kindly note that certain shipments to Europe, UK & Canada, maybe subject to Customs and VAT (approximately 20%) , payable at the time of delivery. Shipments over USD $800 to the United States, maybe subject to Customs Duties. Duties and Taxes are difficult to predict at the time of billing, as most countries have a different VAT rate. Delays due to Custom Clearance are unfortunately something that we do not have control over. We make sure that all paper work is in order to prevent any delays at Customs.
Return Policy
As all our products are made to order, we unfortunately do not accept cancellations after placing an order. Due to high transit times, steep two-way shipping costs and the personalised nature of the Leather goods, it is difficult for us, as a small unit, to accept returns and exchanges. That said, if you have any problem with your order, please contact us, we would personally look into it.
