Where are our products made?

All our products are handmade completely in-house in a small factory in Mumbai, India. We only step out for fresh air.

Our factory was established in 1992 and is part of a third generation family business that specializes in manufacturing Leather Goods

Do we offer returns & exchanges?

We offer to exchange the product in case of manufacturing defects only, for example, a broken zipper, damaged hardware

Would I have to pay any custom fees or import duties upon delivery?

United States: For delivery locations to the United States, there would be no Customs Duties or any additional fees whatsoever as long as the invoice value is under USD 800

European Union: For delivery locations to the European Union (EU), there would be no Import fees or Customs Duties whatsoever payable upon delivery. We collect a fee at the Checkout Page that is paid to the Shipping Company because they would pre-pay the Import Taxes on your behalf

Asia & Oceania: For delivery locations to Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand, there would be no Import fees or Customs Duties payable upon delivery.
